We had incredibly delicious dinner which made by Mr. Nakayama who is a chef of the Japanese cuisine came from NYC. This dinner was the study of foods & ceramics. We will collaborate new style of ceramics for the Japanese modern cuisine. Mr. Nakayama is an executive chef of the new restaurant opening in downtown Toronto soon.
